If you happen to experience a reaction to our skincare (as all skin is unique and reacts differently to various ingredients) you have 30 DAYS for a full refund or exchange, with proof of purchase (receipt).
If purchased from our online store, Pink Peppercorn is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
With a gift receipt you may exchange your products or be issued a gift card only.
We take special care to ensure our products are carefully protected and packaged before shipping. In the rare case something arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace or refund your original purchase within 7-days of delivery. Please send us a detailed note, and one image of the damaged or defective product to email@example.com. No returns or refunds will be permitted after the 7-day delivery date.
