Shipping Policy
We ship Pink Peppercorn orders every Monday, with the cutoff for Monday shipping being the Saturday before at midnight. We will contact you if any circumstances come about that would delay your order. You will also receive an email stating that your order has been shipped.
We offer shipping to the United States on all Pink Peppercorn products. Please note that all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are not included in the shipping cost. On the off chance that your international package may get lost or delayed, we track all shipments. Pink Peppercorn is not responsible for delays due to international customs issues or any additional fees/taxes your country may charge upon delivery.
We include tracking numbers with all of our shipments. We will send you a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number when your package is shipped.
In the rare case that your package does not arrive after 2-weeks (CAD) or 30 days (US/INT), please contact us at info.pinkpeppercorn.ca. These situations will be reviewed case-by-case.
